I built this for the girls who keep getting told to be grateful for crumbs. The girls whose work pays the rent in cities that hate them, whose DMs are full of strangers, whose accounts get frozen for nothing while the platforms keep the money. I built this for my daughters in the house, for the ones I came up alongside, for the ones who came before me and didn't make it. I built this because we deserve a place that was made for us, by us, that doesn't take a cut for the privilege.
Every platform we've used was designed by people who don't know our lives. They built for an imaginary "creator" who has a backup income, a safe house, parents who would take her in. They built rules for a world that doesn't shadow-ban us at 3am. They wrote terms of service that pretend our work is shameful, then took twenty percent of every dollar that shame produced.
Let's say you make a thousand dollars on OnlyFans this month. They take two hundred. Then your processor takes a cut. Then your bank holds the rest for a week. By the time you can pay rent with what you earned, two weeks have passed and you've watched a fifth of your work disappear.
We did the math the other way. What if the platform didn't make money from you? What if it made money from the people who came to see you?
The men can pay nine dollars a month for a pass that lets them browse. We pay our bills with that. You keep one hundred percent of every subscription, every tip, every custom, every dollar you earn. That math works. We ran it three times to be sure.
"We don't make money from your body. We make money from theirs."
On other platforms, every safety feature is opt-in. You have to know they exist, find them buried in settings, and turn them on yourself. The default is exposure. The default is risk. The default benefits the people who profit from us, not us.
Here, every safeguard is on the day you sign up. Geo-blocked from your hometown. Watermarked photos. Real-name shielded from everyone, including our own staff. Face-blur available on every old post with one tap if you ever go stealth at a new job. You can loosen any of it. But you start protected, because that's what should have been true the whole time.
I built Gigi for myself first. I was drowning in DMs. The same five questions over and over from strangers who didn't pay, while the actual paying clients got buried. Gigi is the AI assistant I wish I'd had: she answers in your voice, screens the timewasters, closes the customs while you're asleep, and only taps you on the shoulder when something real happens.
She's not replacing you. She's giving you back the hours every gworl loses to the inbox. So you can rest. So you can post when you feel like it instead of when the algorithm demands it. So your life can be bigger than your phone.
Gigi is opt-in. Always. You turn her on if you want her, you turn her off in one tap if you don't, and the platform works just as well without her. I have a lot more to say about which AI she runs on and why — that's the next section.
I know how a lot of you feel about AI. I feel some of it too. The AI labs are run by people who don't know our lives, who are getting rich while the planet burns and Palestine bleeds, who put their tools in the hands of governments and militaries we have every reason not to trust.
Here's the choice I made and the reason. Gigi runs on Anthropic Claude. Anthropic is the AI lab that publicly refused to let the Pentagon use their model for "all lawful purposes" and is being retaliated against right now for holding that line. They're not perfect. They have a DoD contract. I'm not going to pretend they don't. What I will say is that they are, today, the AI lab drawing the most lines, and the one taking the most heat for it. Among bad options, they are the least-bad option I could find.
If that changes — if Anthropic stops drawing lines, expands their military work, or starts behaving like OpenAI — we will say so publicly and we will migrate Gigi to whoever is doing better. I will not let this platform be quietly compromised because moving was inconvenient.
Gigi is opt-in. Every creator chooses whether to turn her on. Every creator can turn her off, anytime, in one tap, no questions, no penalty. She runs on the smallest, most energy-efficient model available. We will publish our aggregate AI energy use quarterly. We will tell you when our partners change.
If you don't want to use AI on this platform, don't. You'll never be punished for that choice. The platform works without her. The tools we built around her — the inbox, the dashboard, the broadcast system — all work whether she's running or not.
This is the deal. If at any point you feel I'm not holding up my end of it, tell me, and I'll fix it or I'll explain why I can't. The same way I committed to not taking your money, I'm committing to not selling your trust to an AI lab that doesn't deserve it.
This is for trans women. I want to say that plainly. Cis women are not the priority of this platform. Men are not the priority of this platform. The girls are.
That doesn't mean we won't welcome others — our fans, our allies, the people who love us. But the design decisions, the safety defaults, the moderation team, the founder, the funding model — all of it starts from one question: does this make life better for a trans woman trying to make a living and stay safe? If the answer is no, it doesn't ship.
I will never sell this company to someone who would change what it is. I will never let an investor convince me to start taking a cut from your work. If the platform stops being sustainable — if the math stops working — I will tell you, openly, before I make any change that affects your money. You will not wake up one day to a new fee.
I will hire trans women. I will build a board with trans women on it. I will pay our moderation team like the skilled labor it is. I will keep my own profile here as a working creator so I never forget what it's like on the other side of the dashboard.
I will fail at things. I will ship bugs. I will misjudge. When I do, I will own it, fix it, and tell you what I learned. That is the deal.
